matthew reiss

co-founder and co-president



matthew has been in the fashion industry for 25 years, with 17 of those in eye wear. Having worked with some major European companies in the industry, matthew established himself as a vital player in the North American market. His success is tied to his work ethic, integrity, uncompromising commitment to excellence, and industry knowledge. It is these principles and expertise that serve as the framework for m² international.

co-founder and co-president

marc has been in the industry for over 20 years. Having worked for several major lines, Marc has garnered the expertise and experience necessary for building a successful company. After working together for many years, marc and matthew merged their individual talents, working styles, client relationships, and visions to create m² international.

leah seiboth
office manager/liaison | logistics

leah gained experience in the eye wear trade while employed as the office and logistical manager for the US headquarters of an international eye wear company. Her main focus was on customer service and the administrative side of the business. She earned her BA in Psychology at Temple University. Her education, her fascination with human interactions, coupled with her eye wear experience builds her strong relationship with customers. What leah does and how she does it is imperative to our success.
